We were asked by our friends at Hotbrand to take a look at the words for a presentation to potential pub tenants.
The running of a pub is hard work for uncertain reward these days. Our task was not to avoid genuine problems but to reach those potential landlords who had what it takes to succeed and to convince them that McMullen's was an opportunity which they should explore. View PDF
